PE with Joe!

Our primary school students were recently blessed with the opportunity to participate in a special workout session with internationally renowned fitness guru, Joe Wicks. Joe became famous during lockdown as he posted many fitness videos on YouTube that teachers across the world accessed. Through his fun videos, we were able to inspire students in maintaining healthy and balanced schedules. Out of the hundreds of Australian schools that applied, St Andrews was one of five to be chosen. It was incredible to see the energy and participation from all the primary students in the gym. From planks to star jumps, and burpees to sprinting, the students were really pushed to their limits! We praise God for such a wonderful opportunity and continue to encourage our students to stay active.
