2024 Ensembles Camp 

Our talented music students just completed a highly successful weekend Ensemble Camp in preparation for the upcoming Generations in Jazz competition. Over Friday and Saturday, 60 dedicated students honed their skills across 7 different ensembles, getting ready to showcase their musical abilities.

Each group thrived under the expert guidance of our outstanding Performing Arts staff: Mrs. Elbourne, Ms. Venema, Mr. Jackson, Mr. Williams, and Mr. Battey. We were also delighted to welcome back our talented alumni Roslyn K, who shared her valuable knowledge and experience with our current students.

The Ensemble Camp wasn't just about rehearsals – it was a true community building experience. Beyond the music, students forged friendships, cheered each other on, and grew in the musicianship as they tackled some very challenging repertoire together.

We can't wait to see the results of all this hard work at the Generations in Jazz competition in early May!
